Photos below show the QuickReach booster mockup, known as the Drop Test Article (DTA), being dropped from a C-17A aircraft at Edwards Air Force Base, CA on September 29, 2005.  This test employed BML's special purpose load cell data acquisition system to measure loads applied to the aircraft by the DTA during the drop.
